any delay in the establishment of the Church among us as highly unwise and detrimental; Therefore, that we whose names are here- unto appended do form ourselves into a congregation to be known as the Holy Trinity Cnurch to ^^e forever suDjsct to the I^octrines, Rites and Usages of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States of America,"
